FUN TIME!!!!!!

I like puzzles, and I am so good at them, I'll teach you to play one of them.. its called "Cryptograms".
***
The Cryptograms are quotations in a simple substitution code .Each letter of the quotation have been replaced by another letter. A letter is always represented by the same letter throughout the code. For example :
***
CODED SENTENCES
XLPIP YIHMIHXIY
***
So, as you can see , the Cs are represented by X , the O's by L, the D's by P ..ect. There are a number of things to look for that will help you crack the code, here are some:
***
1- A one – letter word is Always A or I .
2- Some words occur over and over simply because they're so commonly written and spoken. Keep an eye out for THE , AND , NOT, YOU, and WITH. In addition, look out for words ending in ED , ING, and TION.

Try to Crack This quotations and tell me what it says:
***
QFL HCVPS PX V ANSWLCEZ K NCJVS; PQ XQVCQX QFL BPSZQL RNZ JLQ ZT PS QFL BNCSPSJ VSW WNLX SNQ XQNT ZSQPK RNZ JLQ QN QFL NEEPGL.
